I have decided to use my own camera: The Canon 550D. An advantage of using this camera instead of a standard film camera is the depth of field qualities it has. This means that you can focus on just the area in the shot, and so creates a more artistic, 'photograph look' to the shots.

Also, different lenses can be attached meaning I can get different types of shots. E.g. wide angle. I have asked to borrow the wide angle lens below from a family member for some shots in my music video:

Memory Card- fast speed, means I can video for long lengths of time without it stopping to load
